Scoping and Requirements Gathering
In this phase, members of DMSBT’s team will engage with all the key stakeholders to truly understand the project requirements. In addition, DMSBT’s team will also discuss with the stakeholders any potential implementation issues, solutions, and new ideas to improve the overall outcomes of the project.
Our technical specialists will also work with the internal team to understand your environment, infrastructure and available resources to ensure we are all on the same page throughout the project timeline.
These items will be fully documented into a Scope of Works, Solution Design, and Test Case Document to be approved by all parties prior to moving to the next phase of the engagement.
Once the documentation has been approved by all parties, DMSBT will begin the implementation phase of the project. This is intended to be a collaborative approach where DMSBT will aim to be able to demonstrate components of the final solution to the client as soon as possible. This allows the client to provide valuable feedback as the project progresses and to highlight any potential issues or deviation from expectations.
DMSBT will instigate a communication plan with the key stakeholders to provide up-to-date information on the project progress. In addition, the client will be provided with an escalation point outside of the project team to ensure that any issues are raised and solved as quickly as possible.
DMSBT places a high emphasis on internal quality control. There are checkpoints along each milestone to ensure that the required documentation and testing has taken place. To ensure that the client’s expectations are met the consultant who provided the original requirements gathering and solution design, will continue to stay involved throughout the project.
Training and Handover
DMSBT understands that businesses need to react to change quickly and decisively. We have designed a number of training programs around the technologies that we implement to ensure that your administrators have the knowledge they require to manage the solution.
In addition, each of these programs can be customised to suit the skill level and requirements of the participants. These training programs run from basic user training to administrator training to advanced developer training.
