Scoping and Requirements Gathering

In this phase, members of DMSBT’s team will engage with all the key stakeholders to truly understand the project requirements. In addition, DMSBT’s team will also discuss with the stakeholders any potential implementation issues, solutions, and new ideas to improve the overall outcomes of the project.

Our technical specialists will also work with the internal team to understand your environment, infrastructure and available resources to ensure we are all on the same page throughout the project timeline.

     
 

Documentation

As a result of the Scoping and Requirements Gathering phase DMSBT will provide a document outlining the main goals that the clients wish to achieve with Google Analytics and how best to achieve them through the setup and configuration of Google Analytics.

 

     
 

Technical Setup and Testing

DMSBT will liase with the clients WebMaster to ensure that Google Analytics is successfully integrated into the appropiate websites. DMSBT will then ensure that any configuration required within Google Analytics is completed as a result of the documentation based on the clients requirements.
